Burgers spiced with Smoked Paprika

Ingredients

400 гм постный фарш из говядины

  • 1 лук, мелко нарезанная
  • 1/2 ч.л. молотого черного перца
  • 1/2 ч.л. соли
  • 1 ч.л. поджаренного кунжутного масла
  • 2 ч.л. молотой копченой паприки
  • 2 ч.л. молотой паприки (по желанию)
  • 1/2 ч.л. молотого перца чипотле
  • рекомендуемые приправы:
    • бекон
    • сыр
    • капустный лист
    • нарезанный помидор
    • соленые огурцы
    • булочки для гамбургеров
Instructions
  1. First, put aside a small portion of the raw farsh without onion or any spices for the kitties.
  2. Finely chop the onion and mix with the farsh.
  3. Add the spices, adjusting for personal preferences and mix well.
  4. Divide the mixed meat into 4 equal portions and form into patties. Appropriate sized plastic containers work well as a burger press and can be used to store patties in the freezer. I use containers from морепродукты which are just tall enough to hold two burgers, wrapped in stretch plastic wrap with a sheet of wax paper or parchment in-between.
  5. Be sure to remove the patties from the freezer and fully thaw before cooking.
  6. Cook about 1.5 minutes on each side, then another minute each side. If using cheese, place on top of the burgers while cooking the final side.
  7. Finish building your bun with any of or other condiments.
  8. Serve with you favorite side dish.
