Ingredients
400 гм постный фарш из говядины
- 1 лук, мелко нарезанная
- 1/2 ч.л. молотого черного перца
- 1/2 ч.л. соли
- 1 ч.л. поджаренного кунжутного масла
- 2 ч.л. молотой копченой паприки
- 2 ч.л. молотой паприки (по желанию)
- 1/2 ч.л. молотого перца чипотле
- рекомендуемые приправы:
- бекон
- сыр
- капустный лист
- нарезанный помидор
- соленые огурцы
- булочки для гамбургеров
Instructions
- First, put aside a small portion of the raw farsh without onion or any spices for the kitties.
- Finely chop the onion and mix with the farsh.
- Add the spices, adjusting for personal preferences and mix well.
- Divide the mixed meat into 4 equal portions and form into patties. Appropriate sized plastic containers work well as a burger press and can be used to store patties in the freezer. I use containers from морепродукты which are just tall enough to hold two burgers, wrapped in stretch plastic wrap with a sheet of wax paper or parchment in-between.
- Be sure to remove the patties from the freezer and fully thaw before cooking.
- Cook about 1.5 minutes on each side, then another minute each side. If using cheese, place on top of the burgers while cooking the final side.
- Finish building your bun with any of or other condiments.
- Serve with you favorite side dish.
