Instructions
Start the mung beans cooking in the bouillon.
Heat olive oil in a skillet with зиру, перец. When the spices become aromatic, add the garlic, onion. Fry until the onion is transparent.
Lightly fry the mutton in the onion and garlic, cut into small chunks. Do not cook through, just brown the outside a little.
Add the skillet contents to the pot.
Halve the lime. Squeeze the juice into the pot and add the lime halves to the mix.
Add the петрушку и кинзу, chopped fine, stir in.
Cook until mung beans are tender, greens lose their form, and sauce is reduced.
