Ингредиенты:

Дополнительные приправы:
Stuff the chicken with wedges of 1 Lemon and 3 sprigs of Rosemary.
- 100 сливочного масла
- 3 зубчика чеснока, мелко нарезанный
- 1 tbsp sage (шалфей), мелко нарезанный
- 2 tsp rosemary (розмарин), мелко нарезанный
- 1 tbsp петрушка, мелко нарезанный
- 1/2 tsp по соли и черного перца
- 2 tbsp сок лемона
Подготовка:
- Place the chicken on the counter 30 minutes before preperation
- Preheat the oven to 220oC
- Raise the Chicken off the bottom of the pan with either onion slices or use a layer of spoons.
- Optionally apply a herb and spice mix:
- Add chopped garlic to the pan along with 2 tbsp of olive oil.
- Mix the butter, herbs, spices and lemon juice.
- Loosen the breast skin and the thigh skin with a small spoon.
- Drizzle the herb butter under the skin.
- Smear some butter over the outside of the Chicken.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add 1 cup dry white wine to the pan.
- Cooking time: 10 minutes at 220oC, then reduce temperature to 180oC and continue cooking for 20 minutes/500gm until the internal temperature reaches 75oC
