Медальоны из свинины

Instructions

Ингредиенты:

  • 1 шт. Свинина (Вырезка)
  • Бекон
  • Соль
  • Перец Черный

Инструкции:

  1. Wash and dry the pork tenderloin. Remove excess films, fat, and tendons.
  2. Fry the bacon al dente; enough to wrap each metallion.
  3. Cut the tenderloin into 4-5cm think medallions.
  4. Salt and pepper both the top and bottom of the medallions.
  5. Wrap the medallions with bacon and tie with cotton string to hold the bacon in place and shape of the medallions.
  6. Fry medallions on each side for 2 minutes.
  7. Complete the cooking of the medallions by baking in a 190o C oven for 10 minutes.
  8. Let the medallions rest for 5 minutes to finish cooking before serving.
