Ингредиенты:
- 1 шт. Свинина (Вырезка)
- Бекон
- Соль
- Перец Черный
Инструкции:
- Wash and dry the pork tenderloin. Remove excess films, fat, and tendons.
- Fry the bacon al dente; enough to wrap each metallion.
- Cut the tenderloin into 4-5cm think medallions.
- Salt and pepper both the top and bottom of the medallions.
- Wrap the medallions with bacon and tie with cotton string to hold the bacon in place and shape of the medallions.
- Fry medallions on each side for 2 minutes.
- Complete the cooking of the medallions by baking in a 190o C oven for 10 minutes.
- Let the medallions rest for 5 minutes to finish cooking before serving.
