Ingredients
- Breadsomething (bread crumbs or cooked grain) - this is only to absorb liquid.

- Ground (spiced) meat
- Tomato sauce (or tomatoes)
- Cheese (best is фета or other salty, crumbly, white cheese)
- Yogurt
- 1-2 eggs
Instructions
thin layer of breadsomething on the bottom - this is only to absorb liquid.
then a thin layer of кабачок - overlap the disks
then ground (spiced) meat
tomato sauce (fresh or reduced tomatoes are better)
then cheese (best is фета or other salty, crumbly, white cheese)
then repeat from №2 to near the top of the dish. on top, layer of кабачок, tomatoes, cheese
top with a sauce of yogurt stirred up with egg (or 2) - this will firm up in the oven.
bake until the top browns a bit. you will want to start with it covered, to give enough time for the кабачок to cook, then take off the cover
