Ingredients
- Black lentils
- Water (2x lentils volume)
- Boullion cube (chicken)
- Onion
- 1-2 cloves garlic (optional)
- 2 medium-sized tomatoes
- cayenne pepper
- black pepper
- paprika (not a little!)
- Dash of smoked paprika

- Salt to taste
Instructions
Soak the lentils, overnight is best.
when the lentils are ready to go in, melt a cube of chicken boullion in water and when it is dissolved add the lentils. you will need to have at least 2x water to lentils at the beginning, and will probably need to add a few times more before they are done.
While they simmer, chop onion (1-2 clove garlic is optional, not required) and saute in oil with cayenne and black pepper. when the onion is translucent, add 2 medium-sized tomatoes, chopped, and sautee until they start to lose their form. then dump the contents of the skillet into the lentils, stir. put in a bunch of paprika, stir.
Simmer until lentils are no longer hard. at this point you can add chopped петрушка, cover and remove from heat
