Ingredients
- 9.5 oz udon noodles
- 7.5 oz chicken breast, finely sliced
- 1/2 medium onion, finely sliced but not chopped (easy on the onion!)
- 1 carrot, finely sliced
- 3 oz cabbage, finely sliced (or chinese Cabbage in larger scale pieces)
- 3 spring onions, cut on angle
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch salt
- Ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to boil and cool udon noodles for 4 minutes, drain, then rinse well under cold water
Put olive oil into frying pan and heat. Cook chicken thoroughly, then onion, carrot, cabbage, and noodles lightly.
Once everything is warm, add spring onion, salt, pepper, soy sauce. Toss in pan.
