Japanese-style кабачок and chicken

Ingredients
  • Chicken, cut into small strips
  • кабачок, cut into small strips
  • Celery, 2 stalks, diced
  • medium onion, diced
  • egg
  • soy sauce + mirin with dissolved bonito
  • green onion and black sesame to top
  • sesame oil, cayenne and black pepper
Instructions
  1. fry onion in sesame oil with peppers until translucent

  2. add celery and кабачок and fry until кабачок begins to become softish, remove from pan

  3. with more oil, put in chicken with sauce, boil until white on underside, turn over

  4. turn chicken, add egg and break up and stir. add back vegetables.

  5. cook over low heat until sauce reaches nice consistency. Serve over rice with toppings.
