- Broccolli stems
- Chicken boullion cube
- Green onion
- Сметана
- Nutmeg

Instructions
Skin the broccoli stems. This is very important, since the skin is fibrous and will ruin the texture of the soup.
Cut the stems into cubes and boil with the boullion cube until all pieces are soft
Dump broccoli chunks and boullion into the blender. Add green onion (diced), long dash nutmeg, longer dash black pepper. Blend until uniform.
Move back to low heat, stir in the сметана.
