Instructions
Ингредиенты:
- 4 Яичные желтки
- 90 г сливочного масла
- 3/4-1 tsp Holladaise Spice mix
- 2 Tbsp Сок лимона/лайма
Holladaise Spice mix:
- 1 tsp Кайенский Перец
- 1 tsp Черный Перец
- 1 tsp Паприка
- 1 Tbsp Соль
Подготовка:
- Separate egg yolks from the egg whites.
- Around the rim of a dish, distribute slices of softened butter to facilitate adding to the egg yokes.
- In a double boiler, heat the egg yolks while constantly wisking, add slices of butter after each slice has melted.
- After half the butter has been added, add the dry spice mix, while continuing wisking.
- Add the remaining butter, slice by slice.
- As the sauce begins to thicken, add the lemon/lime juice, continue wisking until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Remove from heat and serve while still hot.
