Instructions

Ингредиенты:

  • 1 3/4 стакана (265г) пшеничной муки
  • 2 tsp. (10г) разрыхлителя
  • 3/4 tsp соль
  • 1/2 tsp сольпищевая сода (baking soda)
  • 2г Ванильный порошок
  • 80г сливочное масло
  • 100г +25г коричневый и белый сахар + 2 tbsp пшеничной муки для уменьшения слеживания
  • 2 яйца
  • 75 г крупно нарезанных грецких орехов
  • 4-5 банановых пюре


Подготовка:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180oC.
  2. Prepare the bread pan by Greasing with butter and then flour coat.
  3. Combine, mix and sift the flour, baking power, salt, baking soda and vanilla powder.
  4. Combine brown, white sugar and flour. Breakup any lumps of brown sugar. A mortar & pestal may prove useful.
  5. Combine the sugar and butter, cream with a fork.
  6. Add the eggs to the sugar and whisk well.
  7. Mix in the coarse chopped walnuts.
  8. Mash the bananas.
  9. Combine and mix the банановых пюре into the sugar/butter/egg/walnut mixture.
  10. Add the flour mixture to the liquid and mix together, do not over mix as the raising agents begin to work immediately.
  11. Transfer the batter to the baking pan, spreading evenly, immediately place in the preheated oven.
  12. Bake for about 45 minutes, Start testing with toothpicks at 40 minutes until the toothpick no longer draws uncooked batter.
  13. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack to room temperature before cutting.
