North African Coriander Bread

Ingredients
  • 1/8 ts Cloves (1/2 tsp)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 c Butter (60 g)
  • 3 1/2 c Flour (385 g)
  • 1/4 ts Cinnamon (1 tsp)
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 tb Yeast
  • 3/4 c milk (188 g)
  • 1/4 c Warm water (62,5 g)
  • 1/4 c Honey (85 g)
  • 1/4 ts Sugar
  • 1/2 ts Orange Peel; Grated
  • 2 ts Ground coriander
  • 1/8 ts Ginger (1/2 tsp)
Instructions
  1. For regular baking you may double all of the ingredients, mix as you do regular bread and bake in 2 greased coffee cans at 350F (175C) degrees for 45 minutes.
